This smaller 6 grid model is perfect for kitchens restricted for space. Despite the more compacted size, the unit still allows you to store up to 100 personalised recipes and provides excellent energy saving technology.

The Hobart Bonnet BEJG201/1-10 Combination Oven allows for multiple cooking combinations, up to six at a time. With twenty grids, the BEJG201/1-10 is ideal for high-output cooking and well-suited for larger establishments. Able to store up to one hundred personal recipes, with eighteen as standard. Complete with technology such as CoreControl, which can reduce power consumption by up to a third, and direct steam injection, which can save you up to 50% on water use.

With thermal efficiency targeting the cooking area, the Hobart Bonnet BCB1200-2 targets the cooking area, saving you up to 18% of energy use as well as reducing ambient temperatures. That's far from the only benefit of the BCB1200-2 however, it also provides even and consistent cooking results thanks to its eight iron cast radiant burners. They direct heat towards the cooking area to help ensure consistent and high-quality results, all with no coal required. Easy to use, and easy to clean, the BCB1200-2 uses controlled temperature to reduce the likelihood fo fats sticking to the grates. The grates themslelves are also removable for easy cleaning, as are the heat defelctors. 

The Bonnet Minijet Combination Oven provides the cooking performance of a standard oven in a compact package. This unit is comrpsied of two stacked units which allows you to split your cooking load whilst benfitting from the compact size. The Minijet frees up space without redesigning your kitchen, while providing perfect results every time.
