The Hobart Bonnet BCB1200-1 catering charbroiler is both user-friendly and easy to clean. Made to provide consistent cooking results, this is achieved thanks to its cast iron radiant burners, which evenly distribute heat towards the cooking area. This also means the charbroiler doesn't require any coal. It also uses 18% less energy and helps keep lower ambient temperatures.
Perfect for steaks, poultry, and other proteins, the BCB1200-1 also has an optional stainless steel fry plate, which helps when cooking more delicate foods. Cleaning is made easy with the removable grates and cassette-style heat deflectors. Made from strong stainless steel, the unit is both robust and durable.
