Its twelve individually controlled burners use targeted heat control to radiate heat towards the cooking area, ensuring that it is evenly distributed, allowing for superb and consistent results. With easy cleaning thanks to its removable grates and cassette-style heat deflectors. It also uses controlled temperature to reduce the chance of fats sticking to the grates to begin with. Made with thermal efficiency targeting the cooking area, the BCB1800-1 can save you up to 18% on energy use, as well as reducing ambient temperatures.  Ideal for any larger establishment.
