Perfect for larger establishments, the Hobart Bonnet BCB1800-2 charbroiler is an excellent charbroiler designed for ease of use and efficiency. With twelve iron-cast burners, they provide a maximum working temperature of 380°C. Using targeted heat control, they ensure heat is directed towards the cooking area, making sure heat is evenly distributed and delivering consistent and high-quality cooking results.
Made from durable stainless steel, the BCB1800-2 uses temperature control to reduce the chances of fats sticking to the grates; as well as this, the grates are removable along with the casette-style heat deflectors. All of this makes it very easy to clean. With thermal efficiency targeting the cooking area, this can save you up to 18% of energy usage and can even reduce ambient temperatures.
