With no need for any coal, and optimised to provide consistent results, the Hobart Bonnet BCB600-1 Charbroiler is an excellent charbroiler perfect for steaks, poultry, and proteins. Easy to clean thanks to its removable grates, this model is especially perfect for smaller establishments. With four cast iron radiant burners, an optional stainless steel fry plate, and thermal efficiency which can save you 18% of your energy usage, as well as helping to reduce ambient temperatures.
