The Hobart Ecomax Chefmate HECMFE10 combi oven is a fexible 10-grid electric oven that can hold 1/1 GN trays and pans. Featurng a reversing fan, six fan speeds, and 70mm space runners, all of which work together to ensure even heat distribution and consistent cooking results throughout the oven chamber.
