The Hobart Ecomax HEFRBE74A is a small, electric freestanding fryer designed to be easy to use and maintain.The HEFRBE74A has a large, front drainer which makes drain downs quicker and easier. This high performance electric fryer has a 12 litre oil capacity which is ideal for smaller operators. With a moulded and continuously welded tank it is incredibly reliable but also very easy to clean. For user safety the HEFRBE74A has a shut-off system in case the oil starts to overheat.
