The Hobart Ecomax Plus G415S is an efficient and high performance glasswasher which comes with an improved, easy to use control panel and in-built USB interface for easier servicing, diagnostics and software updates.
Integral Water Softener
The Ecomax Plus G415S has all the same excellent qualities and innovative designs as the G415 but with the handy advantage of a built-in water softener. This is great for hard water areas to help prevent the build-up of harmful limescale. As it’s an integral part of the unit this is also useful if space is at a premium.
High Specification
It is an incredibly high specification model capable of washing up to 60 racks (640 glasses) per hour. With double skinned countruction to reduce radiated heat and noise and Thermostop rinse controls which ensure that the machine will only ever rinse at the correct temperature.
Hygienic
The G415S has an automatic, hygienic self-flushing drain cycle that ensures high standards of cleanliness. It is also really easy to clean having only 4 removable items as well as a drain pump and dosing equipment as standard.
