A 40-quart standing mixer from Hobart, the HSM40-F1E is tough, durable, and ready for any type of mixing operation. This model is able to handle large capactity requirements and has been built using corrosion-proof components to further help it resist day-to-day damage from soil and water, as well as chemical cleaning agents. It comes with a bowl guard, a bowl chute, bowl, beater, whip, hook, and timer, making this the complete package. With an easy-to-use bowl lift and controls, the HSM40-F1E has been made to be user-friendly, yet it is still powerful, with beater speeds of 68, 178, and 312 rpm. As it also accepts 20 and 30 quart accessories, it can be adapted for smaller batch production as well, making it incredibly flexible and an ideal choice for any professional kitchen.
