The CN-A has various features focused on saving energy, such as the Climate Energy Saving System. This works by constantly returning hot exhaust air to the machine using a heat recovery system. This can result in a significant reduction of your operating costs, and minimised energy loss through the exhaust air. This does not require any direct connection to the room ventilation system. The CN-A also utilises the Climate-Pro Energy Saving System, which works to regenerate the exhaust air and return it to the wash and drying process, saving you even further energy and operational costs. The LOW-CHEM system works to reduce your detergent usage, even further reducing your operational costs, making the CN-A a paragon of efficiency.

Exceptional wash system for exceptional results

Get the best possible cleaning results thanks to the amazing features of the CN-A. Designed for a powerful and hygienic wash, the CN-A uses its TRI-RINSE triple rinse effect to completely and thoroughly rinse everything across three stages. The pre-rinse nozzle washes off wash water, which is then followed by a pump rinse, and finally a fresh water rinse, ensuring everything leaves the unit exceptionally clean. With the CONTACT-PLUS Wash System, the unit utilises Hobart's innovative wash arms to increase the amount of time the water stays in contact with the washware. 

With the PERMANENT-CLEAN Automatic Soil Removal, the spread of dirt throughout the machine is prevented. This works by pumping soil from the pre-wash zone into a strainer basket using a filter system, which allows food residue to easily be removed via a drawer. This gives you not only a completely clean pre-wash result at all times, but also consistently high water quality, and less need to refill the wash tanks.

With the DROP-IN Wash System cleaning is made as easy as possible, all of the wash systems can be easily removed and re-inserted thanks to a drawer system, each is also colour-coded to ensure they are correctly re-inserted. The completely deep-drawn tank helps prevent soil accumulation, the condensor has been designed for easy cleaning and the moulded drain connection helps ensure there are no soil deposits left in the tank. As well as all of these great features, the CN-A also has an AUTO-CLEAN SELF-CLEANING SYSTEM, which can be triggered to automatically thoroughly clean the unit at regular intervals.
