Hobart's Rotor-X system elevates the machine's performance by using 4-spoke rotor wash arms, which allow the water to have double the contact time with the washware and increasing efficiency by up to 100% when compared to more conventional wash arms. The wide-angled nozzles help distribute water optimally, resulting in a more thorough, more hygienic, and overall cleaner result when compared to conventional wash systems. Likewise, the Power Wash feature enables the wash arms to output higher pressure and up to 200% higher performance, ensuring even the dirtiest, most encrusted utensils are thoroughly cleaned.

Uncompromising Hygiene

As mentioned above, the high-powered wash system helps to thoroughly clean washware with excellent results and hygiene, but those aren't the only features ensuring the output from the UX-10B is as hygienic as possible.
For example, the GENIUS-X² Fine Filter System cleans any spoiled water in the wash solution in just three steps, which also helps to reduce your detergent use by up to 35%. Soil and residue are collected in the strainer basket, stopping them from reaching the tank; then the collected fine soil is discharged, and finally any residual soil is collected during the washing process and pumped out. During this process the system also cleans itself automatically, reducing the need to manually clean it.
Speaking of cleaning, that has also been made as easy as possible thanks to the EASY-CLEAN concept. This means all parts that are needed to be cleaned regularly have been coloured so as to be easily identifiable, and are also easy to remove.
