Since Hobart launched their Ecomax Plus range, there has been a number of updates to the range. In 2021, Hobart updated and improved the control panel on the Hobart Ecomax Plus Glasswasher, Undercounter Dishwashers and Pass-through Dishwashers.

Hobart UK have now officially launched the Ecomax Plus Range. The newly named range of glasswashers, under counter dishwashers, pass through dishwashers and rack dishwashers are replacing the current Hobart Bar Aid warewashing range. The name has been changed to help bring more synergy to the three distinct ranges Hobart offer.
There had at times been some confusion as to where the Bar Aid models sat within the Hobart line up with some thinking they were for bar use only when in fact they offered a performance and specification step up from the Ecomax warewashers.
The design and specifications have not altered from the outgoing Bar Aids, they retain the same high performance, energy efficient characteristics and the competitive pricing has remained the same.
